Sorry about the wording "psychic stuff" I get the feeling that some were not happy with that. Is that my intuition?
Conflagration, as I understand it, in general terms men are less sensitive to psychic things then women. This is not to say that men are not capable of being psychic.
I would agree that I probably dismiss some experiences but I'm now more conscious of what happens rather than just been dismissive. However, the trick it to pick between the "active imagination" (thanks firekeeper) and psychic activity. (A much better word that "STUFF") Or "brain chatter" (thanks finality) Or mental noise (thanks lunarreiki) Or "logical head stuff" (thanks whitelace).
So I can now work in listening using the techniques you all suggested.
