Hi Birdie, I usually pray before the session to do the best for the persons highest good and then go where Reiki takes me,I did rely on the set positions before level two attunement,Usui Japanese Reiki.

"Does it make a difference in the session if the person giving reiki is uncomforatble, for whatever reason."
