I experienced a lot of physical symptoms with both levels I & II. When I began my Master Level with a different Master I explained the difficult purging I went through. She had me set my intention for a gentle attunement several weeks before our first meeting. When she attuned me she also asked the ascended Masters to make it a gentle attunement. I had no physical problems.....a lot of personal growth but no physical manifestations :-)
I council all my students well in advance of their attunements to set their intentions and I follow my Masters lead in working with the ascended Masters. It works....I have not had a student complain of physical illness due to attunements.
