Greetings,

It depends on how the Karuna class is taught. If the Karuna class is broken up into Karuna I and Karuna II, you can take Karuna I, once you have Reiki II.... but if the Karuna class is taught together you must be a Reiki Master/Teacher to take Karuna training.
