I have never "met" and Earth Angel, I have a Reiki friend, who does the Reiki, Theta work on me, she often talks about how some of us are earth Angels. I read a great book by Doreen Virtue tht contains some info about
Earth ANgels, I found it very interesting and so believable. It is a small book, with several looks at Angels, Elementals, etc. Perhaps that could assist you in finding at least more info.
