Well, that depends on what you mean by 'symbol'.
ONE of the Reiki symbols is a Buddhist Symbol (i.e. a visual glyph)- at least it certainly seems to be derived from one - the SHK is almost certainly a stylisation of the shuji or sanscrit character kiriku (pronounced k'rik) - symbol of Amida Butsu
HSZSN and DKM, rather than being 'symbols' per se are Japanese phrazes written in kanji characters - though admittedly they can be said to have a Buddhist-related symbolic significance
However CKR is most likely a glyph from Shinto-based tradition - not Buddhism
