dakota	After my level 1 attunement I was hot all the time, but this has settled down and now, unfortunately, I am COLD all the time. Just the ripe old age of 36 but feel cold like my grandma used to. My hands still heat up during reiki and I get very hot during reiki when there is a lot of energy being moved. Best of luck, Healer, Tracey
