I guess the only way I can describe it is through examples. I was working on a client and got an intense pain in my knee. This was very unusual. I kept working, thinking I could address it after the session. Then a little while later I felt it release. In the post session discussion, the client told me he had been having a lot of pain in that knee. He had not told me this before. He had also felt the release.
I choose not to work on people with severe heart problems. I had tried once and almost passed out from the rapid change in my own heart rate and the irregular beats. I also choose to steer clear of Epilepsy and panic attacks. I offer distance healing to people with these ailments. With the distance healings, I do not experience the pain or symptoms.
