I have to jump in here and comment because I think its important you not give your power away to this friends anger so much.
Perhaps a board cracking is possible but to say her anger caused your accident might be a bit over the top.
Remember that Light of Source ( Which you are!) is much stronger than darkness.
Choose the Love. Choose to know you are protected. Perhaps this accident had more significance than you realize and you have turned into an incorrect posture about the possible reasoning behind this.
One thing is for sure. It did happen like it did so you could look more closely at the belief you have in your friends anger to do harm.
Go within and ask where this fear lives within you so you can begin the process of finding the core issue that surrounds it.
Is it in your heart when you reflect, or solar plexus, shoulder, tummy? Where? What is this fear telling you when you place your attention/intention upon it?
Rememeber always that there is a Light within you. A Light that nothing unlike itself can penetrate. You are the Love and Light of the world.
Heal any issues within you that say different!
