How many newspaper articles of an acceptable mainstream variety are there. Let's be honest. Furthermore as the scientific community does not readily accept Reiki it is impossible to scientifically prove it harms anyone. On the other hand let it be said that there is no proof it doesn't harm.

If what you want to hear is that someone is directly physically damaged as if Reiki were a super-heroic death blast. Please grow up.

As for an instance of Reiki harming. I once met a Reiki practitioner who was telling me of how when she worked on her cancer it grow at an accelerated rate versus the time prior to and the time after.Sounds like harm to me. We may be able to arguedifferent viewpoints. But cancer's growing at accelerated paces is well pretty much the opposite of health.

I* read another account where a person mentions someone using unpermissioned reiki to protect the author's home without her knowing. the end result being that the person actually trapped in the negativity and it could not escape.

Others have offered their personal stories and anecdotes. How much more do you need really?

HAve you never heard of black magick? That is spiritual energy being used to harm.

Furthermore, you are STILL not taking into account that personal energy does get in. A Reiki practitioner does not begin as a clear channel and you'd be very hard pressed to even find one single individual devoid of energy personal energy in the mix. They might exist. But i wouldn't rely on it.
Even if personal energy does not have an outcome on the recipient you as a practitioner would be lowering your own supply of energy and thus hurting yourself.

I'm really not sure what anyone can do to convince you. At this point i don't really even care. Again, you do what you want. Don't expect people to agree.
