I received my Reiki I attunment in Sept. and I can tell you that through out the 21 day adjustment period there were times were I though I had lost it too. but I continued on and now I feel it constantly, reiki has become a part of my life. I self heal daily (sometimes 2x) and work with my plants and on my wife. Also there was a person in my reiki class that had an attunment once before but gave up during the 21 days and was back to try it again, so don't give up. It will come
