Hi I am new to this cafe which i must say is great at last i have found people with the same interests and secondly I am newish to Reiki.Can anyone advise me on good books about Reiki I did buy & have read a book by Diana Stein.Also I have done my 1& 2 but am not sure if it was done properly I did not fast b4 hand or do 21days cleansing etc but it was a
magical experience how do i know if i have the energy?
