Welcome... I think the first thing to ask is did your hands heat up? And without knowing what symbols were used
and how you were attuned I donn't know if you received I and II or not or just got a healing. For the next few days
do as much Reiki on yourself as you can,and your family or friends. feel the energy flow through you. If you were properly attuned you are Reiki. About books I have read so many and diden't find any that I diden't get something from. D. Stien's books are good, take what feels right from them and the rest just an oppionion.
