As for the relaxing?? If the person does not use the energy to relax then the Reiki will not force it, so to speak. This remains the same issue, different attempt at an example. If Reiki were intelligent why does "IT" not know how to cure cancer or AIDS, or???? I mean I find it absurd when I hear someone say "Reiki failed" (or worse "my reiki"). This is really just neurotic projection and a lot of nonsense.

No, no. The belief must be that we can make it work for ourselves (in that I believe) and that others must "make it work" for themselves (in that I hope). How do we make it work? To quote: "practice, practice, practice."
