Reiki is 'wonderful' for the above,
I have worked on people that did not tell me they were depressed or had anxiety problems, who end up (sometimes crying) this is a great pressure 'valve release', 'TEARS'..others would drift off to sleep & wake up very relaxed...
we are not here to DX..we are not doctors, just go with you feelings, Reiki will never let you down!!!
we all have our diff: ways of doing things, you do what Reiki tells you is right..if they say they have come to you for Reiki, for the above, I will do a full body treatment...
