I don't think scaring Zookie with a threat of bad karma is a fix. If one learns from a mistake after they make it does that not reflect on ones karma also? repentant so to speak? I have often wondered about this.
By the way, have you wathced a show called "My Name is Earl"? A Karmic (comic) show. My daughter's favorite! I am teaching my kids about Karma little by little. My son, who is younger, sees the connection between doing something truly good for someone and seeing it return to the giver. My daughter is in her early teens and just says "whatever". :))
