I think the Reiki Circle is a bit of a misnomer.
The folks who have answered you are totally correct, in that a Reiki Circle can mean a Reiki Share, where each takes turns at being the patient or recipient, and others treat that person; alternatively Mawashi is often used during a Reiki seminar or teaching session, for the group to feel the energy that has been generated.
It seems to me that what you are referring to is a Reiki demonstration, where you have a group of non Reiki people who you wish to inform further about Reiki, by means of some sort of group treatment, offering each person some healing while seated. I have seen this used in Healing Centres where people come for healing of all sorts, not just Reiki, and sit in a line, or circle, and the healer or healers move amongst the group, treating each person in turn.
