I use to be one of those energy suckers, that is, I sicked other people's energy. I did not know that consciously. Even when it was told to me, I did not know what to do about it. If you could see your own energy field, it would look like a very large oblong of several feet wide and more feet tall. You, the body is only a small portion of this, likely at least, a fourth of it. so your field spreads a long ways and so does everyone's else. It is easy thus to fill the space you inhabit. feel your energy in every corner and all the open space. It is also easy to see how our energies intermingle. Only when alone and out in nature can one truly know oneself.
The quality of your energy is what will off set negativity, as positive is always more powerful then negative. Reiki is how we can raise the quality of our own energy.
