Funny that you mention the head thing.
As Usui worked within the understanding of meridians not chakras , it has been said ( who knows if accurate or not) that he used to treat using the head alone ( remember Hayashi introduced the hand positions). The understanding is that the five main meridian lines ( or maybe only five lines i dunno don't use that system myself).t i've been known to do far too much of that.
