Hello every one, I have a question... when I started Reiki six years ago my hands were very hot and even sweaty some times... in the last year I have noticed my hands get very cold during a treatment and the other day the same thing happend during an attunement is this normal? I seem to be getting very cold lately and I cant understand why? My clients do not feel the cold so much but to me it feels very very cold...
Is it just the energy or is it a message for me? some times it starts cold and heats up gradually other times I feel the energy very hot and then it cools down dramatically. I have searched on the web but I am not 100% convinced from the answers...
