I have just remembered something about cold hands. People who are earth people (as different from water, fire, and air) have cold hands naturally.

Also, a friend of mine met with cold ness early on when being reiki with others. She learned that it was connected with death. Whereas, she is choosing life, most people are choosing death. She could detect that.
