HI, I have been working on my mother in law who has stomach cancer and back pain. She has Reiki at home and was here for 2 weeks and had treatment each day, yes she felt pain during the treatment, and was washed out after wards BUT at her insistence we kept going, and by the end of 2 weeks no pain and huge progress, Maybe you have to go through the pain?? Healing wounds can be painful is this just a magnification of that? It is worthy of investigation as there really does seem to be a pattern.
