The Reiki Cafe 

is it me that get tired by lying down and giving reiki or is it the reiki doing it? i never seem to be able to do the whole proessedure alone :(

and when i take away my hand from the spots sometime i feel contraction in teh upper layer muscles of that place, is that something that reiki does or is it just random?
