Perhaps you are experiencing a major cleansing?
Be good to yourself with self-treatment, getting grounded in nature or by exercises/sports, and salt baths. The odors and tastes can be releasing bodily toxins, or they can be your way of experiencing loosened lower vibrations that were buried deep.
Also, try some short silent meditations to go within your heart to look at whatever fears, judgments pop up, and be compassionate to them.
