Thanks for replying to my comment/question.
I have found that over the last 4 years that it is now at it's strongest. When I start to go to sleep or just at relaxing stage it wakes me up again.Is there a reason that I am not thinking of..During Level one I felt this physical blow on my heart I actually said to the teacher ' my God what have u done' This is one of the most physical experiences I had with Reiki.there are more..I love Reiki but sometimes would love to be able to switch it off.!!
