The best way I know of to release attachments is to sit in meditation and recite I Am that I Am, and then envision myself as the Light that I Am..
Remember that as you start feeling attachments. When I start feeling this way I know I'm moving through issues which need my attention. So, once again, sitting down and remembering the truth of my true beingness..
