- I have discovered no evidence for myself that this can happen and feel that to believe that such can happpen is just another way of eschewing our responsibilities for what we do (crediting or blaming some so-called higher and lower selves really does not get it)
- and, one's so-called lower and higher selves need to be in good communuication for any chance of such a thing happening and that sort of 'unity' requires much work and practice (one of the aspects of kundalini yoga is to become adept with the Kundalini for precisely that sort of connection - to be able to mindfully connect our so-called lower self with the so-called higher self (and eventually thru it, 'source')
