So glad to see your open heartedness in regards to healing and attuning etc..
I also believe we can be attuned through source but our intention has to be clear. We also have to be willing to work with the energy daily to build the light channel within and through us.
There is alot of clearing of negative influence in just stating so innnocently what you have. Many believe that distant attunements are not possible but my thought is that if we are everywhere at once, if we are the ALL then why would that be impossible?
The only draw back would be questions, technqiues, learning and developing skills. They would surely go much quicker with someone else in attendance to show us the basics at the very least.
I like to explore on my own though. I'm way big into that. I like to learn and then take it home and make whatever I have learned my own. I Don't want to be like anyone else and I don't want to do things that do not resonate with me. That is what makes us unique.
Doing things by route because someone else told me too is like being a sheep. Of course if I see value it is one thing. But it is quite another to take someone else's word and then do it even though it doesn't feel right.
I look at reiki techniques and ( gold, kundalini, etc) like I would different churches. If they are teaching uncondtional love they are doing it right. Teach it anyway you like. We are all going to the same place.
But at the same time, a specific technique, religion may not call to someone as strongly as another. So why question too deeply and call wrong the way someone else is doing it because it questions your own authority to be doing it your way? :}}
I don't think there are any accidents. I think that as far as reiki or any other thing were paying for in the world there will be unscrupulous people looking to make a quick buck and take short cuts. On the other hand I truly believe even they are doing their best and its up to us to use OUR own discernment- intuition to figure out what best suites what were trying to learn in the first place.
After all, even being ripped off is a learning experience if we remember not to feel to victimized by the cosmic joke that got us into that situation in the first place.
