Well, let us suppose my mindful intention leads to results as I intend them when I use the energy for my own Well-Being? This not to suggest, however, that the Reiki I might send to another will have the results they might wish (in the absensce of him\her\it using it mindfully and with awareness of intention for their own Well-Being) and that I would have anything to do with the results they obtain. That would be intruding my Ego into my practices (and theirs). So, of course, the only Intention I have when doing Reiki for another Being is the Intention that the energy get to that Being. After that it is up to him\her\it to use the ULE as his\her\its gifts allow.

As for apologies\toes stepped on? My Birks (and Merrells) have steel toes. And, if that is insufficient protection? I can alweays fall back on a bit of self-Reiki or petition my wife for some.
