How exciting for you! My suggestion is to try contacting the website for Reiki News magazine. In a couple of past issues there have been excellent articles written by someone who set up reiki in a hospital in the US. I recall it was quite detailed and set out protocols etc. You can easily order back copies of the magazine from the website.
