I hyave met a similar situation where the cause was a fear of the unknown so a rejection and blocking of the energy. It really felt odd as this was the first time I had met something like this. After some thought at the next session I stayed at the crown a bit longer at the start of the session and silently asked for permission to open up her aura so that the healing energy could enter, and promised that it was quite safe and that nothing bad could enter, and that I would seal it up when done. Wow - it worked and that person is now a R1.
