I was taught in class the extent is our connection to spirit. Heaven to earth is the connection. I think its to do with our abiltiy to manifest in our lives and our ability to move through experiences with ease. If our energy is scattered through pin holes, etc.. it makes it very hard for us to have the energy to feed our chakras and move forward in our experiences in a positive way.
Where do I work? I hope I am responding to this question correctly.
I pull the hara line up like a fire hose out of the body.. Its about three feet above the body. When I am complete I gently place it back in the body. Those I've worked on say they feel empty, or feel very heavy when I work on them and feel the shift when I put it back in.
