Hi All,

Some interesting stuff here Aronaya on your experiences with the symbol meditation. Apologies for being out of the loop on this discussion for a couple of weeks at least now - just been so incredibly busy of late , but I am fascinated by your comments and want to come back to this and join in with the discussion.
