Sounds like you're doing awesome-ly! Just keep at it (what else can you do?!)
I can't tell you where it will lead you, that's for each one of us to find for ourselves. When I do find it for myself, I suspect I won't be able to describe it in words anyway.
Trust yourself, and notice even the tiniest positives -- they are the seeds for great blossoming. (The negatives are the dark fertile soil they spring out of!)
Don't worry too much about describing things -- it's all metaphor anyway. You get to choose your metaphors, so choose the ones that make your heart sing.
