Good words, Rebecca. It reminds me of my mentor in craniosacral. He's one of the best teachers and therapists that I know. For a long time, I berated myself for not being as good as he. Finally, I realized that it was important for me to be me. That I have much to offer and to learn from others, too. That lifted a lot off of me....which I realize I had placed there in the first place. Thanks for letting me rattle on so....
