Dear Rebecca,
Wow I like those words of keeping a step up is living in their life rather than your own. And yes to your question to both a challenge to do better as well as keep up. I remember feeling somewhat dissapointed after Reiki 1 was over as it was such a high, I didn't want to come down as it was such a great group and I remember thinking, Is that all there is? I just want to offer enough so that a student is left more satisfied than I have been.
