- I would offer that under normal circumstances a practitioner will not pick up 'stuff' from a recipient or vise versa
- however, not all circumstances turn out to be 'normal' and a practitioner could inherit some unwanted stuff from a recipient (and vise versa)
- to keep such events to an absolute minimum, mindfulness and intent must be nutured

- it is recipients (and indeed, each of us too) who must learn to rid themselves of unwanted 'stuff' without foisting it off on someone else
