I had a pretty scarry experience. I want to ask what everyone thinks.
We were doing a astro meditation leaving the body type thing. We were being led by our Master/teacher talked threw the process.Anyway we were suppose to surround ourselves with white light. Bringing our chakars together. I am sure some of you have tried it. Everything was going fine until We were to leave the room and raise above the building. Immediately everything turned purple there were snake skins close up and moving,wrapped around each other,crossing,tails. I could see the scales they were so close and a bright green. I immediately tried to change back to the white light. It didn't work. I got scarred and opened my eyes and tried to follow. It was all purple again. I am scarred to try this again. Has anyone else had a bad experience in this type of meditation. I am not sure i want to mess with it again.Your thoughts would be appreciated.
