A few intuitive thoughts came to mind from your post: The Microcosmic Orbit Meditation is geared towards work within your energetic bodies I thought. Not astral or OOBE traveling. I would question that.
Your mentioned in your post:
" I was afraid to say what I saw. Thought they would think me posseted or something".
I would take an inner look at what helped you react like that. From your post it sounds like you were fearful from the experience but willing to risk being posessed instead of sharing what you experienced. Almost like the playground bully Nelson Mundt from the Simpson's was waiting in the wings to make fun of you : " HhA-HA... your'e posessed."
It could be that inner anxiety was at work a bit.
