For those of you who are Reiki Practioners, which of the symbols were hardest for you to learn? I'm have problems remembering the distance healing symbol. Also, what do you do if you have self douts about your healing abilities?
I know I am a good healer, reiki practioner....I just havent done distant healing before. I just keep telling my self to have faith. Please give some info.
