Your are right, the distance healing symbol is difficult to learn. I found that it helped to divide it up into manageable "phrases", learn them separately then put them all together. I have found with distance healing that there is often a bit of a time lag before you see or hear of a difference and then when it does come,the healing often takes an entirely different form, you can expect to see the unexpected as it were.Something to do with the Reiki acting where it is most needed I think. It's just a matter of quiet perserverance and you will be rewarded.
