Thanks for your replies, i had eaten a few hours before giving the treatment, didnt feel nervous, or anything. The room is still cold. the lady i gave reiki to has had a terrible and horrific few weeks not physically, but emotionally caused by an ex partner, and to do with animals she loves, she has a small farm.
