Good-morning Reiki-ites,
Would the symbols be the same as archetypes? I was reading the Course in Miracles and it says that anger is caused by seeing something that isn't there. As the symbols go, how does one know that a certain symbol really means what Mikao Usui says it means? I was told Mikao Usui had a vision from God but is it really coming from an intuitive place to believe it? How does one know for sure? Please no metaphysical psycho-babble. I've always on some level been a bit skeptical due to the unbalanced aspect of some of the symbols such as 1st and 2nd symbols and then when I found out Mikao Usui wasn't really a X-tian Minister. Any one else out there who doesn't have blind trust or not in extreme denial? Am I seeing something that isn't there?
