Dear firekeeper,
Well I do recommend wearing loose fitting clothing but like I stated, I do let the person be as they choose with rings and all and that I don't know if I'm correct in that. My first RM taught about how rings inhibit energy and communication. I did not ask for proof as like many I went by faith in my teacher as he seemed pretty knowledgable about such things and being raised Catholic with the hands together, fingertips pointing up in prayer must have some purpose and another metaphysical friend years ago told me about how sensitive the fingertips are to receiving energy and I have to take my rings off at night myself as I can feel them and they just bug me just as I'm sure pantyhose or bras or shoes would bug a person to wear 24/7.
