I've read that the Distance Healing symbol was important in healing our past lives and also, "connects one to the divine heart in everything"....I really like this and would love to hear more from others about it. I've used it merely for sending distance Reiki.
Also, wondering about..."focus on the Mouth of God chakra at the base of the skull"...is this also the Throat chakra?
