- and, I am wondering how you send to a list (which is an inanimate thing or construct) without sending to thew members of the list individually?
- now, one perspective on the 'individual versus group' issue is that it is a 'research' question - one would have to try and test out single versus multiple recipients
- one of the major problems, of course, is how one measures or assess effectiveness of energy work in a reliable, repeatable fashion

- since such studies are, in many ways, unfeasible and prohibitive, we are left to seek feedback from those who recieve the energy
- it is those who try to use the energy for their own well-Being (the recipients) who can say anything of value, afterall
