Anyone go thru anything during their 21 day cleanse? The next morning after my attunement, I had a bloody nose. And for the past few days I've had a slight sore throat and overall feel a bit tired.
I'm going to do the cleansing bath that my teacher suggested. I have alot of CRAP in my life. Mostly just emotional stuff that I've held onto forever. So, I'm sure I have alot that needs to be dropped.
