Hi Bruce. I'm working on that.

I was unable to locate the documents online, which is quite annoying in this day of electronic documentation.

I need to research the legalities involved in my reproducing the documents electronically before I do so. If it is legal I will scan the documents and make them available to the public.
I will only do this if it is legal.
