Ever since I was attuned for my Reiki 1, my anxiety issues have sky rocketed. Could this be from a higher frequency now? I've always had anxiety issues but now it's really bad. I went a week and a half without eating hardly anything because my stomach was so upset. When I have anxiety - my stomach suffers. I finally went to the doc and he has me on a 1/2 dose of valium to see if that calms me down enough to at least start eating again and it has. I have an appointment with a P-MD tomorrow to talk and possibly go on anti anxiety meds and get off the valium.
I have talked with a couple of friends who are reiki masters and they said the higher frequency could have done it - but it will even out. HOW will it even out??? What do I need to do? I can't just rely on holistic remedies right now. I've tried that and it's not working enough to keep me living. Anyone have any insight in this?
