Are you absolutely sure your stomach problems are anxiety based and not the result of food intolerances etc.? Are you having other symptoms of anxiety alongside the stomach issues? The reason that i asked is that my mum suffered for nearly two years with constant upset stomachs which were put down as a reaction to stress/anxiety when actually it turned out to be food intolerances that were causing it. When she dealt with that her stomach problems improved by about 90 percent. Also it might be worth getting your thyroid levels checked. If your thyroid is not producing the right hormone levels it can cause lots of depression/anxiety symptoms when there appears to be no obvious external cause.
